It sent me to PromGirl looking for straightforward, street savvy styles that Amandla Stenberg would totally rock. Here's what I found.

The jump suit will definitely hit prom 2016 trends. I think Amandla would totally rock the clean lines of this JVN by Jovani halter top formal jump suit.

Ever since those beautiful silver corn rows adorned her head, I've loved the way silver and grey sparkle on Amandla. What do you think about this grey Sherri Hill beaded one shoulder dress? Its rhinestones and stretch silver chiffon could be a very sleek choice on her.

Contrasting sequins embellish a Shail K white cocktail dress, creating the impression of princess seams. The careful use of this baroque pattern would lengthen her petite frame. Here's a gorgeous dress that she could style to reflect her personality.

Amandla could definitely style this knit mini dress for casual or special occasions. I'm not sure it would be the best combo when she plays her violin, though that one shoulder style may not a great option, but the asymmetrical styling and ruched fabric make it easy to wear.

This print chiffon shift is another casual dress with great styling possibilities. Add a belt, bracelets and then choose the event. Sneakers for an afternoon with friends, or platform shoes for a charity dinner.

Amandla's #BlackGirlMagic shakes up the status quo. No matter which dress or which creative medium she chooses, I'm looking forward to what she does next.
